Thank you for your support of the
First Annual NAMEC Conference
The Board of Directors of the National Association for Missing and Exploited Children (NAMEC) thanks you for making our first annual Conference a huge success. When we began planning the Conference, our “wish” was to have at least 50 participants representing the Private Investigative community, as well as the Tampa Bay Human Trafficking community. We were beyond ecstatic when over 75 people actually registered.
Thank you for letting our Chairman, Mark Gillespie, and President, Joseph Travers, share our story, and mission of engaging the Private Investigative profession in the fight against Human Trafficking. We look forward to collaborating with those who attended, as well as many others, in the work we have ahead of us. Thank you to Stephanie Costolo from the US Institute Against Human Trafficking for her fabulous presentation on TraffickingFree Zones. NAMEC looks forward to being part of that effort as it grows throughout Florida, and around the country.

One of NAMEC’s biggest accomplishments during our first year of operation, and a Conference highlight, was the awarding of our first
“Survivor’s Scholarship” to Breanna from Selah Freedom.
Bree will be attending College in the fall to obtain her Associates in Science
for Criminal Justice degree, and this scholarship will assist her desire to
create a positive impact in society through a career that allows her to
work with law enforcement.

Anyone who attended, who is not a Private Investigator, is invited to join NAMEC for $25, which is half the regular price of the “Associate” member fee. Either download the form above, or click HERE to sign up online.
